Delivery Terms

1) Please mention the Delivery Date & Time Slot at checkout, while placing the Order.

2) Distance Based Shipping Charges at the time of checkout for prompt delivery.

3) Delivery of Gifts will be processed on the same day (the date the customer mentioned), if the date is not mentioned, we will process the Order within 24 hrs time.

4) The Gifts will be delivered between 7 AM to 11.30 PM, we can’t guarantee that the Gifts will be delivered at the particular time, that was instructed. But will be delivered on the same day. Midnight deliveries will be processed after 10:30 PM onwards... Early Morning, Fixed time deliveries will be processed as per instructions

5) Orders received after 8 PM for the same day delivery, we can try to deliver on the same day. Otherwise will deliver on the next day. A phone call after the placement of such urgent orders will be appreciated.

6) In the case of flowers, cakes & fruits (all being perishable items) if the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered. However, we always try to make an appointment over the phone before delivery... 

6) In Heavy Rains/Strike days, we can possibly try to deliver on the given date. Otherwise, will deliver on Next Day.
